My wife has been job hunting lately, and she's had to do quite a few job applications via web sites. Things were going OK until she got to a site "powered" by Kenexa. My. God. I've never seen a site crash so often. I mean, almost every time she clicked the "Next Step" button, boom! On Firefox, it spits out reams of raw HTML. On Internet Explorer, "The page cannot be displayed". On Konqueror, "The requested operation could not be completed".

Kenexa tech support first blamed it on our server. Wait, we're not running the server! Then they blamed Firefox. Then they blamed our wireless. When we told them this computer wasn't wireless, they blamed cookies. Their own cookies. They advised we accept all cookies, then delete all cookies.

Wow. I thought Microsoft made crappy products, but these guys totally win! On top of that, nearly every image link on the site is broken.

Kenexa, I applaud you for pushing a completely useless product onto customers who wonder why nobody ever applies for a job. Way to go, Brownie!

Hey, Kenexa...are you hiring? My wife would love a job sitting around telling people it's their problem.
